Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HArmonyCa + lidocaine is a hybrid injectable dermal filler combining cross-linked hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres, formulated for facial soft tissue augmentation, particularly aimed at lifting, volumizing, and rejuvenating the mid and lower face[1][3][4][5][6]. The formulation contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride to minimize pain during injection[1][3][4][5]. Hyaluronic acid provides immediate lifting and hydrating effects, while the CaHA microspheres serve as a biostimulator that progressively stimulates endogenous collagen production for long-term skin tightening and structural support, helping to remodel skin and ameliorate signs of facial aging[1][4][5]. The dual-action mechanism delivers both instant and sustained improvements, making it appropriate for volume loss, lack of firmness, and contouring in facial aesthetic procedures[1][3][4][5]. The product is contraindicated in cases of severe allergies, bleeding disorders, or autoimmune disease, and is intended for adult use in subdermal and deep dermal facial layers[1][3][4][6]. Developed by Allergan Aesthetics, now part of AbbVie[1][4][5][6].
