HAVTEC Pediatric is an inactivated whole-pathogen vaccine developed by Keyvac, a Turkish pharmaceutical company established as a joint venture between Alagöz Holding and Sinovac Biotech Ltd. The vaccine is specifically indicated for the prevention of Hepatitis A infection in pediatric populations. It contains inactivated whole Hepatitis A virus as the active ingredient and is formulated as a 250U/0.5ml suspension for intramuscular injection, typically supplied in a prefilled syringe. HAVTEC Pediatric has achieved WHO prequalification status and is approved for marketing, representing a significant contribution to the global supply of Hepatitis A vaccines.
