Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**HB-300** is an investigational, alternating two-vector arenaviral cancer vaccine regimen developed by HOOKIPA Pharma for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. It comprises the intravenously administered replicating vectors HB-302, based on Pichinde virus, and HB-301, based on lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus; both encode the prostate cancer-associated self-antigens prostatic acid phosphatase and prostate-specific antigen. The regimen is intended to generate strong antigen-specific CD8-positive T-cell responses and antitumor immunity.
