Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HB0030 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain protein), an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By binding to TIGIT with high affinity, HB0030 blocks its interaction with ligands such as CD155, thereby relieving immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and reactivating the anti-tumor activity of T cells and NK cells. The drug has demonstrated strong antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) in preclinical studies, as well as promising anti-tumor activity. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors by Shanghai Huaota Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Clinical trials have evaluated its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, biomarkers, and antitumor activity in patients who have progressed after standard therapies[1][2][4][5].
