Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HBM1047 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that functions as an antagonist of the CD200 receptor 1 (CD200R1), also known as cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 1. It was developed by Harbour BioMed for oncology indications, specifically targeting solid tumors. The drug acts by inhibiting the immunosuppressive signaling mediated through CD200R1, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent anti-tumor efficacy and favorable pharmacokinetic properties in animal models[1][2][3]. As of its latest development status, HBM1047 has not advanced beyond preclinical or early clinical evaluation.
