HBM4003 + pembrolizumab

HBM4003 + pembrolizumab is a combination of two immunotherapy drugs under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly melanoma. HBM4003 is a novel anti-CTLA-4 heavy chain-only monoclonal antibody designed to enhance regulatory T cell (Treg) ablation and promote antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity, with an improved safety profile due to its shorter serum half-life and reduced systemic exposure[2].
