Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HBM7015 is a bifunctional fusion protein developed using Harbour BioMed's H2L2 fully human antibody platform, designed as a bispecific agent that inhibits **Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)** and **Transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1)** while inducing **antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)**. It demonstrates superior PD-L1 binding activity compared to competitor drugs and exhibits enhanced synergistic anti-tumor efficacy in preclinical studies over single PD-L1 or TGFBR2 inhibition alone. Initially developed by Harbour BioMed (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., it targets solid tumors by countering immune evasion mechanisms and promoting immune cell-mediated tumor cell destruction.[1][7][8][15]
