Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HBM7575 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Harbour BioMed that targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and an undisclosed second target for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Part of the company's Type 2 Pathways program, HBM7575 is designed to simultaneously block TSLP-mediated signaling and another inflammatory pathway to provide a more comprehensive therapeutic effect than traditional monoclonal antibodies. As of early 2025, the drug is in the pre-clinical stage, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application expected to be filed in 2025.
