Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HBM9014 is a first-in-class, fully human monoclonal antibody that targets the leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR). Developed using the Harbour Mice platform by Harbour BioMed, this drug blocks multiple interleukin-6 (IL-6) family cytokine pathways via LIFR. By inhibiting these pathways, HBM9014 aims to suppress tumor progression, metastasis, and chemoresistance in cancer. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy both as a monotherapy and in combination with cisplatin across multiple tumor models. The drug has also shown strong tolerability in primate toxicology studies[1][4][6].
