Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC006 is a novel human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the C-C motif chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8). By binding to CCR8, which is highly expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs), HC006 selectively depletes these immunosuppressive cells within the tumor microenvironment without affecting CD8+ T cell function. This mechanism enhances anti-tumor immune responses and has shown synergistic effects when combined with PD-1 inhibitors. The drug exerts its antitumor activity primarily through antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) and immunomodulation. Developed by HC Biopharma, it is currently in phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors[2][4][6][7][8].
