HC010 is a trispecific antibody designed to simultaneously inhibit three key immune and angiogenesis checkpoints—PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1), CTLA-4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Antigen 4), and VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor). By targeting these pathways, HC010 aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses while also inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including but not limited to non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, and renal cell carcinoma. It is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials in China[1][2][4][5][8].
