Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC101 is an off-the-shelf, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by HebeCell using its proprietary ProtoNK™ platform. The therapy is designed to leverage the innate cytotoxic capabilities of NK cells to target and eliminate malignant cells and virus-infected cells without the need for patient-specific matching. HC101 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of various tumors and viral infections. The program includes specific variants such as HC101a, which is in preclinical development for pulmonary metastasis of pediatric sarcoma, and HC101b, which is being investigated for acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
