Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC103 is an off-the-shelf, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) Natural Killer (NK) cell therapy (PSC-CAR-NK) currently in preclinical development by HebeCell. Designed for the treatment of various blood malignancies, HC103 leverages HebeCell's proprietary platform to generate a standardized and scalable source of therapeutic NK cells. These cells are engineered with a CAR to specifically recognize and eliminate malignant hematologic cells through direct cytotoxic mechanisms, offering a potential alternative to patient-specific autologous therapies.
