Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC104 is an experimental, preclinical-stage cell therapy being developed by HebeCell for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically gastric and lung cancers. The therapy is based on HebeCell's proprietary induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) platform, which is used to generate Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-modified Natural Killer (NK) cells (PSC-CAR-NK). This approach is designed to provide a standardized, off-the-shelf immunotherapy that combines the targeted specificity of a CAR with the potent, innate anti-tumor effector functions of NK cells.
