Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC105 is a preclinical-stage cell therapy candidate developed by HebeCell for the treatment of brain tumors. The product is generated using HebeCell's proprietary induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) platform, which allows for the efficient production of standardized, off-the-shelf natural killer (NK) cells. These NK cells are genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specifically designed to recognize antigens associated with brain malignancies. By combining the innate anti-tumor activity of NK cells with the targeted specificity of a CAR, HC105 aims to provide a potent and scalable therapeutic option for patients with difficult-to-treat brain cancers.
