HC111 is an off-the-shelf, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by HebeCell for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. The program utilizes HebeCell's proprietary platform to differentiate iPSCs into functional NK cells, which are then engineered with a CAR to provide specificity against blood cancer cells. This approach aims to provide a standardized, scalable alternative to autologous CAR-T or CAR-NK therapies, potentially reducing manufacturing time and costs while maintaining potent anti-tumor activity through both CAR-mediated targeting and innate NK cell cytotoxicity.
