HC112 is an investigational, off-the-shelf cell therapy being developed by HebeCell for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically colorectal and ovarian cancers. The therapy consists of natural killer (NK) cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) that have been genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). This approach leverages HebeCell's proprietary 3D-iPSC platform to generate standardized, high-purity CAR-NK cells at scale, aiming to overcome the limitations of patient-specific (autologous) therapies. HC112 is designed to recognize specific tumor-associated antigens and induce potent cytotoxic responses against cancer cells. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
