Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HC122D is a preclinical-stage cell therapy being developed by HebeCell for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. It is based on a proprietary induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) platform to generate next-generation chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (nCAR-NK) cells. This off-the-shelf approach is designed to target solid tumors by combining the specificity of an engineered CAR with the innate anti-tumor activity of NK cells, potentially offering a more scalable alternative to autologous cell therapies.
