HCA587 SLP is a synthetic long peptide vaccine derived from the cancer/testis antigen HCA587 (also known as MAGE-C2), which is highly expressed in a wide range of malignant tumors. HCA587 SLPs are designed to elicit robust antigen-specific immune responses, particularly T-cell responses, against cancer cells expressing HCA587. The vaccine is often formulated with adjuvants such as AddaVax and CpG oligonucleotides to enhance both CD4+ and CD8+ T cell activation and anti-tumor effects. Preclinical studies demonstrate the induction of Th1-type responses, secretion of IFN-γ, and cytotoxic T lymphocyte activation, translating to delayed tumor growth and prolonged survival in animal models. HCA587 SLP holds promise as a therapeutic cancer vaccine and is under preclinical/early development for cancer immunotherapy[1][3][4][5].
