Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**hCART19** is an investigational humanized CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy developed in association with Zhejiang University for relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell malignancies. The product uses engineered T cells bearing a CAR with a humanized CD19-binding domain, enabling recognition and cytotoxic elimination of CD19-expressing malignant B cells. It has been evaluated in the Zhejiang University-sponsored, single-arm dose-escalation study NCT04532268 for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma; published reports from this program refer to the therapy as hCART19.
