hCBE-11

hCBE-11 is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Biogen (also referred to as Biogen Idec) that targets the lymphotoxin-beta receptor, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 3 (TNFRSF3 or LTBR). Its mechanism of action involves agonism of TNFRSF3, which plays a role in immune regulation and may impact tumor growth and survival. The drug was investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including neoplasms and digestive system disorders such as rectal cancer. Clinical development reached Phase 1 but was discontinued after early trials[1][2][5][7]. No approved indications or commercial use exist for this agent.
