Overview
HCC-oAd-WNTi is a **novel oncolytic adenovirus-based therapy** developed for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)[4]. It specifically targets the **Wnt signaling pathway**, which is implicated in HCC tumorigenesis and progression. The drug is engineered to selectively infect and lyse cancer cells, while interfering with Wnt signaling to inhibit tumor growth and promote anti-tumor immune responses.
