Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**HcHAb18-DM1** is a preclinical CD147-targeted antibody-drug conjugate developed at Air Force Medical University for **non-small cell lung cancer**. It consists of the humanized anti-CD147 monoclonal antibody HcHAb18 conjugated to the maytansinoid microtubule inhibitor DM1 through a non-cleavable SMCC thioether linker. Following CD147-mediated binding and internalization by tumor cells, intracellular processing releases DM1-containing active metabolites that disrupt microtubule-dependent mitotic-spindle function, induce G2/M cell-cycle arrest, and inhibit tumor-cell proliferation. Antitumor activity has been reported in CD147-expressing NSCLC cell lines and xenograft models.
