HCW9201 + HCW9206 is a combination of two multifunctional fusion protein complexes used in a "Prime and Expand" strategy for adoptive cellular therapy with memory-like natural killer (NK) cells. HCW9201 is a fusion protein containing IL-12, IL-15, and IL-18 domains, used for priming NK cells to induce memory-like differentiation. HCW9206 is a fusion protein containing IL-7, IL-15, and IL-21 domains, used for expanding the primed NK cells in combination with an IgG1 antibody (HCW9101) that engages CD16 on NK cells. This approach results in significant expansion of memory-like NK cells, enhanced metabolic capacity, stable epigenetic remodeling, and improved antitumor activity and persistence in vivo.
