HCW9207 is an investigational **heteromeric fusion protein complex** developed by **HCW Biologics** using its TOBI platform to generate a multifunctional cytokine biologic for **ex vivo priming of memory-like natural killer cells** in adoptive cell therapy. The construct is composed of two recombinant fusion proteins: one containing **IL-18**, **IL-15**, and the extracellular domain of **human tissue factor**; the other containing **single-chain IL-12**, the soluble **IL-15 receptor alpha** domain, and an **anti-CD16 single-chain variable fragment**. By co-delivering signaling through **IL-12**, **IL-15**, **IL-18**, and **CD16**, HCW9207 is designed to replace the conventional IL-12/IL-15/IL-18 cytokine cocktail used for NK-cell memory-like priming, with the goal of improving manufacturability, standardization, and immune activation for **cell-based cancer therapy**.
