Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HD-NC003 is a preclinical-stage small molecule targeted protein degrader (TPD) being developed through a collaboration between Handok Pharmaceutical, CMG Pharmaceutical, and BNJ Biopharma. The drug candidate is designed to treat solid tumors by selectively inducing the degradation of a specific, undisclosed target protein through the recruitment of the cellular ubiquitin-proteasome system. By utilizing BNJ Biopharma's AI-driven drug discovery platform, the developers aim to identify and optimize degraders that can address oncogenic drivers that are difficult to target with conventional small-molecule inhibitors. The project is currently in the preclinical phase of development.
