HD-NC004

HD-NC004 is a preclinical-stage small molecule targeted protein degrader (TPD) being developed by Handok Pharmaceutical in collaboration with CMG Pharmaceutical and BNJ Biopharma. The candidate is designed for the treatment of various solid tumors. As a targeted protein degrader, HD-NC004 likely functions as a bifunctional molecule, such as a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC), that recruits an E3 ubiquitin ligase to a specific target protein.
