Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HD6-NOTA is a preclinical radiotracer developed by Ashvattha Therapeutics for imaging tumor-associated macrophages in cancer. It consists of a sixth-generation hydroxyl dendrimer (HD6) conjugated to NOTA (1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid), a bifunctional chelating agent that enables radiolabeling for PET imaging. The dendrimer platform provides enhanced tumor targeting while NOTA serves as the chelator for radioisotope attachment, creating a superior imaging agent for visualizing and quantifying TAMs in the tumor microenvironment.
