Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HDM2005 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Hangzhou Zhongmei Huadong Pharmaceutical. It targets the receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed in various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The ADC consists of an antibody that specifically binds to ROR1-expressing tumor cells; upon internalization, it releases a cytotoxic payload inside the cell, leading to targeted tumor cell death. Preclinical studies have demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity and safety. As of 2024, HDM2005 is in Phase 1 clinical trials for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma and advanced solid tumors[1][3][4][7].
