Overview

HDM2022 is an orally bioavailable small molecule GSPT1 molecular glue degrader (MGD) being developed by Huadong Medicine for the treatment of MYC-driven tumors. It works by selectively inducing the degradation of the GSPT1 protein, which is essential for protein translation termination and is often a vulnerability in tumors with high MYC expression. Preclinical data presented at the 2025 AACR Annual Meeting demonstrated its potency and selectivity in tumor models.
