HDM2024 is a dual-target antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3). Developed by Huadong Medicine, it is part of the company's oncology pipeline focusing on solid tumors. The dual-targeting approach is intended to enhance efficacy and potentially overcome resistance seen with single-target EGFR or HER3 therapies. As of 2025, the drug is in preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application expected to be submitted in the fourth quarter of 2025.
