HDM3018

HDM3018 (also known as DR30201) is an innovative bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Huadong Medicine and its subsidiary, Doer Biologics. It is designed to simultaneously target and neutralize both interleukin-17A (IL-17A) and interleukin-17F (IL-17F), two key pro-inflammatory cytokines that play a central role in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. By inhibiting both IL-17A and IL-17F, HDM3018 aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy compared to selective IL-17A inhibitors, particularly in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development, with plans for clinical advancement in autoimmune indications.
