Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HDM3020 is an Fc-silenced IgG1 bispecific antibody (BsAb) designed to dual-target tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) and OX40 ligand (OX40L) for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, primarily rheumatoid arthritis [1036]. Developed by Huadong Medicine, the molecule features anti-TNFα Fab arms and anti-OX40L VHH domains [1036]. It is engineered to provide potent TNFα blockade alongside moderate OX40L inhibition, aiming to disrupt the self-amplifying loop between innate and adaptive immunity while minimizing the risk of infection associated with sustained T-cell over-inhibition [1036]. HDM3020 is formulated for subcutaneous administration and is in IND-enabling development, with IND submissions planned for China and the United States in 2027.
