Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HDP-102 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed using Heidelberg Pharma’s proprietary Amanitin-based ATAC technology. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting CD37, a key antigen highly expressed on B-cell lymphoma cells, conjugated to the cytotoxic payload amanitin. The mechanism of action involves specific binding to CD37-positive tumor cells, followed by internalization and intracellular release of amanitin, which inhibits RNA polymerase II and induces cell death. Preclinical studies have demonstrated strong anti-tumor efficacy and favorable tolerability in models of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). As of May 2025, HDP-102 has entered Phase I clinical trials for relapsed or refractory NHL[1][2][4][5][6].
