**Healiva002** is an off-the-shelf allogeneic cell spray therapy acquired by Healiva from Smith+Nephew for treating chronic venous leg ulcers (VLUs) resistant to standard care. It functions through growth factor stimulation to promote wound healing, offering a scalable solution suitable for large wounds and complementing autologous therapies like Healiva001. Previously demonstrated clinical efficacy in Phase 2 studies for hard-to-heal VLUs, it supports Healiva's end-to-end wound care portfolio including enzyme debridement and medical devices, targeting improved outcomes in patients facing amputation risk.
