**Heat shock protein 27 small interfering RNA** refers to experimental **small interfering RNA molecules directed against heat shock protein 27**, also known as **heat shock protein beta-1** encoded by **HSPB1**. These agents are RNA interference therapeutics or research reagents designed to reduce HSP27 mRNA and thereby suppress HSP27 protein expression.
