Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HECN30227 is a long-acting monoclonal antibody developed by Sunshine Lake Pharma (HEC Pharm) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). It is designed to target and neutralize the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), thereby reducing the viral load and circulating antigen levels, which may help restore the host's exhausted immune response against the virus. The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial (CTR20254683) to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antiviral activity in both healthy volunteers and patients with chronic hepatitis B.
