**Helix CBD Therapy Cream** is a menthol-based OTC topical analgesic cream developed and manufactured by Parker Laboratories for temporary relief of minor musculoskeletal aches and pains, including those associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, bruises, sprains, sore muscles, and sore joints. Its labeled analgesic active ingredient is menthol 7.4%, which produces a cooling counterirritant effect. The cream also contains hemp-derived cannabis sativa seed oil with cannabidiol, plus botanical ingredients such as arnica, ilex, and tangerine oil. It is supplied as a topical cream rather than a transdermal product and was sold in 2 oz and 4 oz packages containing 300 mg and 600 mg of cannabidiol, respectively.
