HELLO-B

**HELLO-B** is an oral fixed-dose vitamin B complex dietary supplement marketed in Thailand for neurological conditions associated with disturbances in metabolic functions influenced by B-complex vitamins. Each tablet contains thiamine mononitrate 100 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 200 mg, and cyanocobalamin 200 mcg. The product is used for conditions including diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathy, peripheral neuritis, post-influenzal neuropathy, neuritis and neuralgia of the spinal nerves, facial paresis, cervical syndrome, low back pain, and ischialgia. Its pharmacologic activity is nutritional replacement of vitamins B1, B6, and B12, which act as metabolic cofactors important for neuronal energy metabolism, neurotransmitter-related pathways, and nervous-system function.
