This therapeutic protocol involves allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) preceded by a reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) regimen. Post-transplant immunosuppression typically includes cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, or tacrolimus to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
