Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HemaXcellerate (also referred to as HemaXellerate) is an autologous cell therapy being developed by Regen BioPharma for the treatment of aplastic anemia and chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression. The therapy consists of autologous stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells extracted from the patient's own adipose (fat) tissue. HemaXcellerate is designed to stimulate the body's own hematopoietic stem cells, restore the bone marrow microenvironment, and promote endogenous hematopoiesis, thereby enhancing the recovery of erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets following bone marrow damage.
