Overview

Hemoboost is a registered natural product formulated for iron substitution. It contains specially processed haemolysed haemoglobin and iron dextran. Initially used in veterinary medicine, it is now marketed for human use, particularly for addressing symptom-producing anaemia, such as that which can occur after total knee arthroplasty. The product aims to provide iron supplementation with a focus on reducing the gastrointestinal adverse effects commonly associated with traditional iron supplements like ferrous sulphate.
