Overview
Hepakro-Forte is an oral hepato-protective combination product developed and marketed by Croise Pharma. It is formulated as softgel capsules containing L-ornithine L-aspartate, silymarin, pancreatin, lecithin, and B-complex vitamins (including niacinamide, pantothenic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin). Hepakro-Forte is designed to support liver function, promote detoxification, and aid digestion in patients with liver ailments, hypercholesterolemia, and hepatic encephalopathy. Within the formulation, L-ornithine L-aspartate helps detoxify ammonia, silymarin protects liver cells from free radical damage and stimulates protein synthesis, pancreatin provides essential digestive enzymes, and lecithin and B-vitamins support metabolic processes.
