Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HER2 × HER2 × HER3 T-Body is a preclinical-stage trispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Invenra. Built on Invenra's proprietary T-Body trispecific platform, the molecule features a biparatopic design targeting two distinct epitopes on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) alongside a third binding arm targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3). This trispecific configuration is engineered to trigger a HYPER-Internalization mechanism, which dramatically enhances receptor internalization and payload delivery into cancer cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that this approach effectively kills tumor cells across HER2-high, HER2-low, and triple-negative breast cancer lines, offering a potential strategy to overcome resistance to conventional HER2-targeted therapies.
