Overview
Herbamuno+ is a multi-ingredient herbal supplement developed by the Indonesian company PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. It is formulated as an immunomodulator to support the immune system, specifically investigated as an adjuvant therapy for patients with moderate COVID-19. The combination consists of five traditional Indonesian medicinal plants: Sambiloto (*Andrographis paniculata*), Akar Manis (*Glycyrrhiza glabra*), Meniran (*Phyllanthus niruri*), Jahe Emprit (*Zingiber officinale var. amarum*), and Daun Jambu Mete (*Anacardium occidentale*). These ingredients are selected for their synergistic anti-inflammatory, analgesic, hepatoprotective, and bronchodilator properties. The product received guidance from the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) and has undergone clinical evaluation at the RSDC Wisma Atlet Kemayoran to assess its efficacy in improving clinical outcomes and inflammatory markers in COVID-19 patients.
