Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HF-K1 is an investigational **HER2-targeted immunoliposome** developed by HighField Biopharmaceuticals for HER2-expressing advanced solid tumors, including HER2-low and HER2-positive disease. It encapsulates doxorubicin hydrochloride within a lipid bilayer bearing TL01, a trastuzumab Fab fragment-conjugated lipid. The surface Fab targets human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, promoting tumor-cell binding and endocytic uptake, after which intracellular doxorubicin produces anthracycline-mediated cytotoxicity. HF-K1 is being evaluated in the active Phase 1 study NCT05861895. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05861895))
