Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HF50 is an investigational **liposomal T-cell engager** developed by HighField Biopharmaceuticals for advanced HER2-positive and HER2-low solid tumors. The lipid nanoparticle displays anti-CD3ε and anti-HER2 antibody fragments to bridge T cells to HER2-expressing tumor cells, while encapsulating an undisclosed Toll-like receptor 7/8 agonist intended to activate myeloid cells and augment antitumor immunity. It is administered by weekly intravenous infusion with step-up dosing in ongoing first-in-human Phase 1 studies. Early clinical data in a small salivary-gland-cancer cohort reported manageable toxicity and preliminary antitumor activity. ([jitc.bmj.com](https://jitc.bmj.com/content/13/Suppl_3/A1550))
