Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HFB200603 is a novel monoclonal antibody that targets B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA), an immune checkpoint molecule. By binding to BTLA and blocking its interaction with its ligand HVEM, HFB200603 reverses HVEM-mediated immunosuppressive effects in the tumor microenvironment. This action induces the production of inflammatory cytokines and stimulates tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, thereby enhancing antitumor immune responses. Preclinical data suggest that HFB200603 can synergize with anti-PD-1 therapies such as tislelizumab. The drug is being developed by HiFiBiO Therapeutics for use in various solid tumors including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and advanced malignant solid neoplasms[1][3][4][5][6].
