Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HFB200603 + tislelizumab is a combination therapy consisting of **HFB200603**, a monoclonal antibody that targets B and T lymphocyte attenuator (**BTLA**), and **tislelizumab**, an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (**PD-1**) monoclonal antibody marketed as Tevimbra. HFB200603 inhibits BTLA-HVEM interaction, reversing immune suppression within the tumor microenvironment and promoting inflammatory cytokine production. Tislelizumab blocks the PD-1 receptor on T cells, preventing interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2 and thereby enhancing T-cell activation and anti-tumor immunity. The combination is designed to synergistically augment immune responses against solid tumors, particularly in patients with advanced or refractory cancers.
