Overview

HFB200604 is a best-in-class BTLA agonist monoclonal antibody developed by HiFiBiO Therapeutics using their proprietary Drug Intelligence Science (DIS®) platform. It is designed to restore immune tolerance in inflammatory and immunology diseases by stimulating BTLA signaling in immune cells, thereby suppressing activated T and B cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that HFB200604 effectively inhibits T and B cell activation and shows in vivo activity in mouse models. The drug represents HiFiBiO’s first autoimmune program to advance into clinical development, with the aim of addressing patient heterogeneity and achieving higher response rates for patients suffering from inflammatory and immunological conditions[1][2][3][4][5].
